Yes, search integration is something that will help a bit and I'm going to do that in iOS 9, too. But it's just search and it only works for known data. I'm not even sure adding a whole list of albums is feasible, tracks probably not. But no radio, no remote services, nothing that iPeng presents as a menu, no context menu information and no controls that are not present on the remote, it's still quite a lot that's missing for a proper remote.
