To do away with a common myth: iTunes does NOT support half-star ratings! iTunes shows average ratings for albums which can be half-star-ratings but you can NOT set a half-star rating in iTunes. iPeng - like iTunes - only allows setting of ratings for tracks, on a scale from 0-5.
