Well some bad news. This particular SB3 (with new wifi card) still seems to be re-booting, but at longer intervals, say every 45 minutes. Speakers emit a loud "crack" sound, then SB3 screen goes blank. I have to unplug PS, then plug it back in to get SB to come back to life.
I will try it at a different electrical outlet, but running out of options. I have also tried 2 different PS too.
