BTW, see other threads but in my experience (and I've fixed now 5+ SB3), the capacitors are the issue in most of the cases for what you describe, once you've eliminated a WiFi board problem LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
