OK. For everyone who is having this same problem, we need to see some information so we can try to localize the problem.
1. What operating system are you running? 2. What server version? It'll be a number like 6.5.1 or 6.2.2. 3. What subversion. It'll be a 4 digit number like 5448. 4. Is there any commonality (that you can see) between the missing files? Like, are they all MP3 files? Or FLAC files? 5. Are you all using iTunes? 04dgmsilv: You said there is only one album. What is the name given for that album? highdudgeon: When you say there is no completion note: During the scan, the Home page (left pane) should say "Slimserver is scanning your music". When it's done, it should say "Your music library contains so many albums, artists and songs."
