Ok I am back in the UK. I have been with Qnap over at CeBIT over the last couple of days and I am waiting for an answer from their technical team.
Currently as it stands at the moment it seems like all of the problems are being caused by incompatibilities between the HDD we have fitted and TS-101. Neither are faulty. I will make an announcement either tonight or tomorrow with regards to what we are going to do to fix the problem. We are hoping that a simple firmware fix will cure the problem but we may need to swap out the HDD's we have installed. Either way we will be controlling it from Progressive rather than directly through your reseller. I can only apologise for the fact that this has happened but please be assured that we will be fixing the issue one way or another as soon as possible.
