Support would know more about this, but there's a fuse in the
Transporter.  Perhaps you can try changing it before you're forced to
ship it back?

left, above and to the left of the blue transformers.

It's a 500 mA fuse.

Don't change it unless support advises you to, a blown fuse means
something else may have failed, but it's something to ask about anyway.
