Support would know more about this, but there's a fuse in the Transporter. Perhaps you can try changing it before you're forced to ship it back? See http://photos.lam.ws/gallery/1930618/2/98101199/Large on the top left, above and to the left of the blue transformers. It's a 500 mA fuse.
