I see the need for an amp like you describe, but I certainly wouldn't pay $200 for one. I have a new T-amp which is everything you seem to want save the build quality and it's $60. As for the poll, I wouldn't buy anything just because it says Logitech on it, I'd look at the price/performance/features.
