I am working on trying to find a solution for handling spare parts in non-U.S. regions (both under warranty and "for purchase"). We're really good at shipping lots and lots of retail products, but there's really no infrastructure for handling small, "one off" orders. I know this is a real issue for customers, but it isn't as easy to solve as we all would like.
