I'm with you and Moose on this, for my own account. We had a good laugh over some of the silly questions in CCNA (while memorizing their silly answers). But this what I meant about it hardly being otherwise. The "good" certs are good, IMO, because they manage to test actual ability to some degree, while still remaining objective. (Enough.)
