The bottom line is that if it has been updated/upgraded/revised or  
whatever, we should be able to find verifiable documentation showing  
what has been done. I'm not saying that doesn't exist because I  
haven't looked at that point, but I'm certainly not going to assume  
that because macosx has been upgraded or because some notation  
somewhere says voiceover has been updated, that any significant  
upgrades have actually been done.
