Hi, Yes Tom and Travis I have noticed it in both situations you mentioned. More often in the closing of Mail which I attributed to it possibly searching for new mail at just the wrong time or some other related thing. When it's the dialog thing like Travis mentioned, I either use the Window Chooser menu or turn off then on VO and things improve. Thanks for the responses.
