Well, we can't do anything about what should have been documented.
What we need to do is do everything we can to make sure documentation
is corrected now.
So: would somebody please report if you are indeed able to move the
mouse either consistently or sometimes with ctrl-option-cmd-f5? We
need to warn newbies just not to bother with that key combination but
go straight to trying mouse keys if indeed the key combination
doesn't work, but if it does work sometimes and there are settings we
can establish that facilitate using ctrl-option-cmd-f5, we also need
to establish this.
