Ok, I've been playing about with the Mac and PDF file creation and
Gordon, I now see what you mean when you talk about PDF files created
on the Mac using the print save as or Print Preview options not
having accessability in them, to explain further:
Ok, so suppose I go to a web page, select print and then save to PDF
file, the PDF file will be created and (whilst I can open the file
and read it very nicely thanks in Preview), it does not contain the
links that the page should, you cannot jump from section to section
as you should be able to if the document had been created in Adobe
Acrobat Professional with accessability tags added.
Now before I go on, I'm not a PDF creation wizard and I have not the
faintest idea of how one would go creating a PDF with accessability
tags intergrated into it, what I've written above are just my own
observations thus far and of coruse! I'd like to hear further comment.
