Maybe it's just me, and it must be, since others don't seem to have  
the same problem, but, yes, on the mac, I cannot see the links in the  
pdf files, even when I know where to look.  However, I can't say as I  
have any better luck on windows.  I've *never* been able to use a  
table of contents in a pdf file and go to the page in question using  
adobe reader on windows either.  So, if someone has some hints/tips/ 
configuration options to set, I'd sure appreciate hearing about it.   
In this regard at least, my mac is no different than my windows machine.
