My issue here is that companies such as Singular and Verizon don't want to go through the red tape to set up stores and frequency carriers with the FCC and SEC with regard to Alaska and Hawaii because regulations for commerce in Alaska and Hawaii are different from other states. These companies provide services where it is most economical for them, as well as their customer base.
