This knowledge (and trying to make corrolations with what you already know) will do nothing but slow you down and make you feel the Mac is not a productive environment for you. The next thing you should do (after you've forgotten everything you ever knew about JFW) is go through the Voiceover tutorial and learn about ten Voiceover commands. Then you can start to actually get some productive use out of your Mac.
