Ahh, I was thinking they were just extra voices to add onto the system. I wonder if Apple will provide other languages or just stick to English and leave the rest to third party add ons. I couldn't find anything that said one way or the other.

This is definitely not the case. The Infovox iVox voices do not come separately from VisioVoice or Ghost Reader. What AssistiveWare offers is additional to what is provided by Apple and is essential for anyone who uses the Mac in a language other than English. Apple does not provide any voices in other languages.
