Hmm, I've never heard anyone refer to that one as being the one in west LA,
cause that's sort of pretty general and there's a couple stores that might
fall under that category.
I don't know what it is, but I never get an opening for a spot.  The last
one was a Monday night at 7pm or something stupid.  At least the store is
only like a 5 minute drive from home, but that's still fairly annoying.

On the flip side, I've had a fair amount of awesome customer service from
Apple, it's just that as far as their stores are concerned it's not the
best.
