if I cannot avoid it, I use control-option with nav keys et al but that's 
because I spent 25 years in windows.  As a rule, if you cannot do it with 
tabs and arrows and it is accessible, you can do it with VO keys.  This 
actually quite a contrast with JAWS in that if you cannot do it with tabs 
and arrows etcettera, it cannot be done.

Nice to hear. I really like the way you navigate in websites. I find it very
easy to handle the groups.
Do you allways use the Vo curser while navigateing in programs, or do you
only use shortcut keys? Sometimes, I find it hard to know when I can
interact with things or not.
