HI SØREN

Some of the things i can say about the mac is.
It is way more stable than windows have ever been for me
2 you can in case it crashes self install it with getting the speech up
under the installation and well of course
3 it is bsd laying under it which really meant alot for me when i was about
to change to it
Alittle of topic thing later this month me and my bf will be demonstrating
the mac in the instute for the blind ppl in copenhagen so far they had not
got any really use full information on the mac.
I know that cause my bf who is designing homepages and stuff like that had
asked them about it so far he have used the mac with its in build zooming
functions without any problems
I will of course lay that i record if i get that permission up on the server
but lets see
so far i can only say that i am very pleased with how it works

Hi David.
Nice to hear. I really like the way you navigate in websites. I find it very
easy to handle the groups.
Do you allways use the Vo curser while navigateing in programs, or do you
only use shortcut keys? Sometimes, I find it hard to know when I can
interact with things or not.

I'd say the overall experience is more pleasant than with jaws and all
that
clutter on the screen. There are a lot of web sites though designed for
ie
and the windows platform and screen readers so this can cause some
problems.
as far as navigatin alone though, I whizz at least as fast on a mac as I
do
in jaws.

Okay. If you are an experienced Mac user, is it possable to navigate
quicker
in the Mac system than using Jaws in Windows? Or is the shortcut keys too
dificoult in the Mac so it slows down the navigation?

Yeah, it's fine till you put windows on it and mess it up.

Well, shouldn't we go back to the questions I asked? Are there any bad
things to say about the Mac, or is it running like a dream?

Hi,
It takes a while to float those Apples across the pond you know. It
takes a little while to trudge through the snow to get them up to Canada
as well.

Me too, it's the Scottish blood to blame.
These chaps across the pond don't have our problems with product
release
drag and can't get their heads around the fact that we will have to
wait
may be six months or so before apple ship over here.
Still they have to do all the beta testing for us don't they.
Shush, don't tell them!
