-Actually Rick, I agree with your last post completely, and I
definitely know about other companies not following up on access as I
host my portfolio on a premier modeling site whose lack of attention
to access has cost me work. However, that doesn't mean that I take an
attitude with them, as they've been way more receptive lately than I'd
expected, so we'll see... <smile>
As for Apple, I've been thinking about this very issue in the last few
days, and composing a bit of a general note to them, so I for one,
would be inclined to move in that direction...
I mean, we can't really get too hard on third parties if Apple
themselves can't seem to pull it together completely, now can we?... -
And I'm talking about even some simple things like buttons in their
own apps that have no labels or help tags? <smile> I'd even offer to
donate my time to help if I could. labeling of that sort isn't super
difficult coding...
I'm planning to get a lengthy note out to them this coming week
without any complaining at all, and with a whole lot of seriously
genuine gratitude along with just some simple details that would
really help. <smile> Honestly though, I'd hope that they'd have
already heard this sort of thing from, others, but you never know, and
one more note, if said well, certainly can't hurt...
Anyway, enough from me for now, and I hope you're all having a nice
evening!...

Cara :)

Hello all,
Sorry for the rant in the last message. The bickering and
complaining on that subject gets me going.
Anyway, why don't we demand accessibility from Apple on its own
applications? After all, Apple makes the OS and sets the parameters
for development. Why not generate huge amounts of consumer demand
for accessibility to Logic Audio and ITunes?
I'm in favor. Who wants to take the lead there?
I'm too busy with other irons in other fires to organize that one.
