Yeah, sounds good but they need to get their money back.

Just because someone in a tech company is made head of accessibility does not mean that person has final say over the end products the company delivers or even has substantial influence over product features. They're just as likely to be the go-to person developers consult when they need advice on implementing accessible solutions.

Accessibility tends to be low down on corporate priorities.
