Seriously, you think Apple didn't anticipate the number of phones they would sell or the number of mobile me or .mac customers they would have. I doubt that. This is kind of funny. We expect perfection from Apple even though the normal track record for other companies when launching products is lousy at best. Consider Microsoft for example. When they launch things its almost funny. So, when Apple, a company that usually hits a grand slam when they launch things has a bit of trouble we all cast doubt on them. Stuff happens and this is very new and technical stuff.

I agree Scott. I appreciate that they're trying to do this, but they overdid it. They probably don't have enough bandwidth or server space for this. I honestly think less people will buy the IPhone because of the downtime.
