For the most part, I have to say that Apple Tech support has been most
helpful to me--even better, in some cases, than our local Mac store
here in Anchorage. In fact, I've got calls from our local store with
VoiceOver questions--which pieces of software is compatible, what are
the VoiceOver commands to use with the software, etc. I think we
should go to our local stores and educate our local area tech support
people, and work from the inside out; i.e. get help from our local
area, and if that doesn't work, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Richie
