I've been reading the news on PC World about the addition of a database in Ooo2.
However if the PC World review of Oo2 beta is right the database is very much like M$ Access which PC World claims is not very good and users don't like it very much.
Well, OOo writer is much better than M$Word for instance so wouldn't it possible to make a great data module, even if it can't be ready for Ooo2 final release? -- can't users wait patiently until one is ready, rather than get something that isn't as good as the rest of Ooo (Ooo drawing is amazing too).
Please don't see this message as a troll or anything aggressive. I'm a fan of Ooo. :-)
