Tom, such an association should be a two way street. On the Open Clip Art Library website OpenOffice.org is listed as an affiliate, but on the OOo website OCAL is not mentioned at all. Even more, it used to be mentioned at http://contributing.openoffice.org/art.html but the link was removed.
We are doing a redesign of the OCAL website and in this process I proposed for OOo will be removed from the affiliates list, but this was not yet decided.
