FYI

A casual search in the tubes using the search term "ideal committee size"
reveals that a committee of 1 is the best, but 5 is an efficient number to
get something done.

More than five leads to excessive discussion and delayed decisions.

Even numbers may result in a deadlock at voting time.

I sincerely hope that the newly formed floorplan committee can meet and
make a firm decision is under 2 hours.

Start the meeting with a countdown timer on the table set for 2 hours.

Assume the timer is hooked up to a briefcase full of over-stimulated
Tribbles that it will open at the end of the countdown.

With hope for some action,

PPP
