Regarding the hacker grants proposal, I have a question for Steve. Steve said, "before we spend any money, we should have a discussion of what we want to do with this, before we start spending it."
Isn't that what we're doing with the proposed expenditure on funding mini-hacker grants? By discussing spending money on hacker grants, we are in fact discussing how we're going to spend money. What sort of discussion were you looking to have on this?
