I was at meetings where people said things and were immediately rebuked. I have been in conversations where people have made derogatory comments about people not present and immediately rebuked them myself.
You have made complaints about people being intolerant, they have been noted, they -will- be addressed. I am trying to determine the scope of the issues. I cannot address all of your complaints if I do not know what they are, hence my question about drama. I want people to live up to our code of conduct, it's not a complex one. We can't hold them accountable if we don't know what is going on. I try not to make assumptions about the actions of others I would appreciate the same courtesy.
