I'd love to see Synhak get a bench DMM.. But generally unless you buy a
really old one, they cost way over what's currently in the proposal. Here's
what I think would be best:

The LC meter is especially important for any analog work (amplifiers,
radios, audio filters, analog mixers, etc).
