also, did your letter have a link to the beacon article? also, DMMs with a bar graph somewhere on them are a feature I think incredibly useful, most flukes, and the better of the (random assembly of letters)Co. meters from foreign-ebay have. For the price of an out of calibration fluke is a new, full featured, pre-out of calibration meter with usb logging :)
