Thanks for the suggestions. I've got both CF and Flex projects in my wwwroot. I've decided to set up another development environment box dedicated to Flex. I have too many CF projects that I don't want to risk corrupting or accidentally deleting.

I've had the same issue and it's annoying. More than a little scary when it happens after copy/pasting one project into another.
