I came across the answer this one. Adam Lehman at Adobe had the same problem on a Breeze presentation that I viewed today. I emailed Adam about the solution and this is his reply: There seems to be a bug in Flex Builder 2.01. If you revert back to 2.0 the application wizard should work fine. The bug has been fixed in the next release (ColdFusion 8). That should be available soon, when we launch the public beta of ColdFusion 8 on Adobe Labs.
