The PHP script that gathers the data from the Perl script you have linked to
is available here:
http://nas.swerts-knudsen.dk/central/SMEReport.php.txt

Obvoiusly a MySQL DB must be created first, but that should not be a hassle.

As far as I remember then someone already has these stats (but finds them
hard to share). Think this really only makes sense if its distributed with
BASE per default.

The data which is provided is quite anonymous as it only sends SystemID, SME
Version and Install date.

Jesper

Hi All

I would wake up this discussion

Now the smolt give a 404 errors if you do /usr/bin/smoltSendProfile -c

you can see what is exported if you do
/usr/bin/smoltSendProfile

It seems that we don't have something to answer at the other side :)

Jesper I saw that you wrote a script to give back IP and other interesting
informations, can you lead the project or send the work you did. It could be
really interesting for us to know how many and where we have sowed our
servers.

http://sme.swerts-knudsen.dk/downloads/SMEReport.pl

For security & private life questions we ought to get all on the main server
of contrib/koozali, but available as a map.
