Obvoiusly a MySQL DB must be created first, but that should not be a hassle. As far as I remember then someone already has these stats (but finds them hard to share). Think this really only makes sense if its distributed with BASE per default. The data which is provided is quite anonymous as it only sends SystemID, SME Version and Install date.
