The information of which rpms are installed can be gathered, either individually by the developer (I use awstat https://mirror.de-labrusse.fr/plesk-stat/webstat/) or by us, but I don't know about the legality. I don't know if we can use smolt or something else, but it is a mandatory. One example done by our friend of nethserver could be a chromium plugin to display the number of nethserver on a map.
