You need to fill in the maximum amount that you want to allocate to VOIP. Instead of enter 96k, you should enter the entire t1's amount of bandwidth. This bandwidth will not be used if it's not needed. So in a nutshell this tells the ALTQ to dedicate the entire line to VOIP if needed. Scott
