This seems to have done some bad stuff to my install.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_altq_capable() in
/usr/local/www/wizard.php(140) : eval()'d code on line 1
is all I get when I click on the wizard.
I also have some errors scrolling across the top of the GUI, some about my
rules being broken. I will try to get them in a format which I can cut and
paste into my next message.

Rerun the traffic shaper, pick Asterisk, set the bandwidth to 1.5 megabit.
Then that is added.
