I started the traffic shapping on 1.0-BETA1-TESTING-SNAPSHOT-2-2-06. I had it running for awhile and then I stopped. About two weeks ago, I restarted the shaper. It seemed to be working well, and I had forgotten about it. Then I started having throughput problems. As soon as I stopped the shaper, everything went back to normal. Currently, I have the shaper of and am monitoring service.
