Hi,

I will be offering myself for a position in the board; but I'll warn
you that if I'm elected you won't see me do much.

Agenda is pretty simple:

1. Cost of membership drops to 50 NIS and 25 NIS respectively, since
the only need for money is to fund AP. Entrance to Hamakor members
   will remain free.

2. There are no longer "yedidim".

3. The board, by definition, will not have to do anything other than
post "we want this to happen" messages, giving general direction
to others interested in helping but don't know how.

Most work will be done by appointed "project managers"; most are
   already doing some work.

4. The lists will have no censorship, no moderation, and will be open
   for posting without subscribing.

5. The only required list is "discussions". Other lists will be
combined to a new list, "misc".

6. Hamakor will not spend money on printing CDs, posters, postcards,
T-Shirts, or anything like it until it gains more stability.

7. There will be a general assembly of Hamakor members (all of them)
at least 3-4 times a year.

8. The Vaya research whatever stocks will be returned. Thanks, but
   no thanks.

9. "Hamakor Prize" will be cancelled.

10. There will be no electronic votes. The board decides what goes,
if anything requires public opinion, we have lists. People who
want their opinion to be counted can post to them.

That's all for now.

Don't bother replying - I don't care what you think, my opinions will
not change, and if I will be elected each one of these will be done.

-e.
