If you won't do much, why should we vote for you???

This is short-sighted. With less money, the Amuta can do less. Without any
money, there is no point in having the Amuta at all.

Remember that you don't need to join Hamakor to use or write free software.
What's the point to join Hamakor, then, if you don't want to contribute
money to its kitty?

Being on the board will not help you achieve this, since this definition
is in the bylaws, and these can only be changed by a special majority of
the general assembly. You could have proposed this change now, without
being a board member, and being one won't help you in making this change.

What does "posting without subscribing" achieve, except getting spam on
the list??

What kind of things will you like Hamakor to do with its money?
Or, if you think it shouldn't have any money, and the board shouldn't do
anything, why do we need the Amuta at all?

I agree that 3-4 assemblies a year are ideal, but I'm not sure it's a
practical idea. Who will come to them? And if the assemblies will not have
the legal quorum, they can't do anything. This will be ten times as true
after you abolish the "Yedidim" status, and we suddenly need 50 people
in every assembly.

Care to explain why?

Are you trying to scare us? :-)
