I loaded up a fresh image of pCP6 onto my spare 4B 1GB, then installed
sbpd and LMS, and copied my sbpd configuration and calling script over.
The buttons worked erratically - pressing one button would trigger
several events. So then I tried a 'bare wires' test with a number of
jumper wires and saw the same thing. In fact just touching the wires
with my finger was enough to trigger several events - the symptoms on
the pull-ups not being set. I tried 'gpio readall' which confirmed that
none of the pins had the pull-ups set.

I tried updating wiringpi, and pCP confirmed that an update was
available. After the update the buttons all work correctly on this 4B.
Does this mean that sbpd is not installing the correct wiringpi, and is
still using the one from before it was updated for the 4B?

So then onto my main 4B 4GB. The erratic button behaviour is a bit
different - button presses don't attempt to trigger multiple events,
they often don't trigger anything at all. I tried updating wiringpi
anyway and found there was an update available, which surprised me since
I thought I'd already updated it to the 4B version. Unfortunately the
update made no difference to my erratic buttons.

I can't see anything else that I've installed that might interfere with
sbpd. At this point I think I'll try a fresh install of pCP6 on the 4B
4GB, just to rule out any messed up libraries etc on my main server.
