Just want to supplement my last post on the topic.

I tried several vesions in the last week or two. Seems like
the problem is now resolved or a situation avoided.

- 2.3.2 still crashes after a couple of hours on FreeBSD in 64-bit mode;
- versions 2.4.0Beta10, 2.4.0, 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.3 are stable
  on the same platform linked with the same milter library.

So it seems that some time in the 2.4.0Beta chain that particular
problem was fixed, or perhaps the "Turn off as many unnecessary
SMTP protocol steps as possible" change is now avoiding a situation
which could lead to a crash. Whatever the reason was, thanks for a fix.
