"relaxed" might work in that particular example, although sendmail is still notorious for mangling header fields such as a To:, which is why I generally recommend not signing the To:. For example, sendmail inserts a space after a colon if it were not there originally (some MUAs generate such mail), and "relaxed" does not help there. Interestingly, it only does it to a To, not to From, Message-ID or Subject.
