mmm i assume you've got the melody sorted? this is a must! also it is worth
at least shoving a basic beat and some chords together, as this will help
the singer get a feel for the rhythm and give a melodic reference (i.e. help
to keep her in tune!).

the rest you can do afterwards. if you can, it's worth sending her a backing
track, maybe with the vocal melody played on the keyboard or something (if
you CAN sing, do...). the performance is likely to be a lot better if she
has practised before.
