Yeah, I can automate most things.. I just want to be able to automate the things you
can't!!!
(Coz I'm like that!!)

The only way I think you can do it is to right click on, say, the master fx send level
and choose the option that's something like 'set remote'.. (or it could be something
completely different!).. This box allows you to assign a cc number to any reason
parameter but for some reason I can never get it to work.. (Maybe the midi data has to
be routed using Reasons buses (at the top on the harware interface))..

for reason did you right click on the effect and create a sequencer track
for it? you have to make sure you have a sequencer track for a thing in the
rack before you can automate... but there are some parameters that are un
automatable... like the fx sends on the mixer... iirc

I know this has been asked a million times before but I've only just got
around to messing with it (Doh!)..

Can anyone point me to a decent link that explains how to automate VST2
plugins? (They have to be VST2 right? How do you know?)...

Also, Does anyone know how to automate the knobs in reason that don't have a
specific 'edit automation' right click option?? (if that's what it's
called)..
I'm thinking of things like the master mix level on the delay etc...

cheers,

Nick
