It is absolutely important to provide an exact
guideline for the audience including IESG. This is the
main objective of this document.

document. I've already reflected your comments and
others' on this document.
Before WGLC ends and a new version of this document is
submitted to IETF, I'll let the revised draft,
including suggested opinions and agreements, be shown
