--- Comment #6 from Luigy <ljgbpfeif...@googlemail.com> --- Hello: I know i'm new on here but, from my point of view, i get what he says, i mean every release(major release) or patch (minor/bug fix) should get an explanation on what have been changed; it is indeed of course matter of who is installing / patching the apache installation to read those changes and whether if he prefers to upgrade or not to that mayor or patch version. but what i want to point, that it is better for a sysadmin to know if there was, for example let's say a security patch, or if some minor bug fixes are made, in order to give better support to whom is installing it.
