Hi All

I had a conversation with Peter Limbach Monday Night to get clear in my mind
what was likely to happen.
Of course Peter is trying to get the best out of the situation financially he
can.
I am very familiar with how it came to this but is of no matter now as we have
moved to the next step.
Thus basically the situation is as follows.

The prospective and only positive prospect for the sale of the business in
whole or part there of has withdrawn.

The offers for the spare parts supply business have been so low that it is more
in the Peter’s interest to sell the stock out and then sell the plant and
equipment.

Maintenance of the type certificate under EASA is reliant on a body managing it.
Peter has made it clear he will not continue with spare parts and at this point
there is basically no prospect of further management of the same on the horizon.
Thus he will not maintain the TC.
He has also told me that he is now not ordering in any fresh stock.
What orders exist for engines will be honoured.
With spare parts it will be sell out what they have and first come first serve.

All of you consider what you need. What is specific to your Limbach Engine (and
you will be surprised what is and what is no longer around under the VW Banner)
and I will get an order in to bring a box of spares over.
I want to organise this once.
My insurance will switched to non trading after the last delivery so will not
be carrying any stock except for my own use.
Currently have no carby Spindles left as they have ben ordered and posted in
that last week.
Have only one fuel pump left for the same reason.
I have 2 X L1700 Ring Gears ordered.

Think of the current climate and what is involved in taking on the business re
legal requirements and you will understand. If you think someone will surely
take it on, think again.
I didn’t want people to panic but after speaking to Peter I think it prudent to
prepare.

Regards.
Nigel.
