Pricing for Personal Names is actually listed at http://www.opensrs.com/email/#pricing
although obviously that is not easy to find nor is it intuitive.
I'll fix that and thanks for bringing it to our attention. The same
thing goes for the RWI link which points to the old Tucows Services
site which is no longer redirecting.
